Readmission
Application period
  • - January and July (Refer to the Graduate School Notices on the SeoulTech website for detailed schedule)
Eligibility
  • - Students who have voluntarily withdrawn or were dismissed due to non-registration or failure to return from a leave of absence, within five semesters from the time of dismissal
Ineligible Applicants
  • - Students dismissed under disciplinary action in accordance with Article 88 (Disciplinary Action) of the SeoulTech University Regulations
  • - Students whose admission was canceled
  • - Students who have already been readmitted once and later withdrew or were dismissed again (Readmission is permitted only once)
Caution
  • - Readmission is only permitted to the graduate school and department the student belonged to at the time of dismissal.
    ※ If the department (program) has been closed: Readmission may be permitted to a similar department within the same graduate school (if no similar department exists, readmission will be granted to the original department)
    ※ If the graduate school itself has been closed: Readmission is allowed within five semesters from the semester of closure.
  • - All previously earned credits (including F grades) will be retained upon readmission.
    ※ If the applicant does not agree to credit recognition, the readmission will be canceled.
  • - General leave of absence is not allowed during the first semester after readmission Change of major is not permitted after readmission
    If the student fails to register within the designated period after being granted readmission, the approval will be automatically canceled.
