More than 40 students and parents, as well as Jaewon Byun, director of the Office of Career Development, Minhong Ahn, deputy director of the Office of Career Development, manager Yongwoon Kim, manager Jinwook Lee, and assistant manager Jungsook Han, participated in special lectures on the themes of ‘Guide to College Life by Year for Successful Employment,’ ‘Generation MZ: Choosing a Career Path of Doing What You Love,’ and ‘Getting to Know My Children For Real.’

SeoulTech’s Office of Career Development offers a range of programs such as career and employment screenings for enrolled students, career employment camps, and ST Alumni Mentoring to provide students with on-campus career and employment support.

Participants were able to find out about recent employment trends and make essential employment preparations through presentations on how to explore a career path of your own, self-discovery testing with self-GRIT measurements, and self-understanding analysis through data mining techniques.

Director Byun commented, "We will gather a range of views from both students and parents, using these to prepare a program for the future that considers the role of parents as well as students.”
