Professor Ahmed Busnaina, eminent scholar from Northeastern University, invited to share his views and research  The Office of International Affairs (Provost, Chaewon Lee) of Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech) invited the acclaimed scholar Ahmed A. Busnaina, a distinguished professor at Northeastern University in Boston, U.S., to host a seminar held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13th.

At the seminar, Professor Busnaina introduced a new technology that will replace current electronic manufacturing processes, which are costly and detrimental to the environment. He said that adopting this technology would enable production that is 10 to 100 times less expensive, is up to 1,000 times faster, and results in structures up to 1,000 times smaller (as small as 20 nm).

Attended by five professors and about forty research students from semiconductor-related fields at SeoulTech, the offline seminar provided an opportunity for attendees to explore international trends and future prospects together through the views and research of a distinguished professor.
