College of Engineering
The College of Engineering is a practical education centered university with the educational purpose of producing talented graduates to be leaders in a future science technology and knowledge based society, and has educational goals to cultivate engineers equipped with creative thinking, problem solving skills, major knowledge application skills, comprehensive design skills, information acquisition skills, and adaptability to an internationalized society.

The College of Engineering consists of mechanical affiliated departments and architecture construction affiliated departments, with 1 school (School of Architecture), 5 departments (Mechanical System Design Engineering and 4 others), 5 departments on contract (Mechanical Facility Engineering and 4 others), 1 university administrative office, and an Engineering education innovation center. It is a hall for engineering education with 127 professors, 40 staff members, and around 5,000 students. The workforce produced by the 4 year College of Engineering is 40,000 graduates, and they have leading roles in the development of our industry and economy as junior executives in companies, research institutes, government agencies, and other affiliated institutions.
College of Information and Communication Engineering
College of Information and Communication is a practical education centered university with the educational purpose of producing talented graduates to be leaders in a future science technology and knowledge based society, and has the educational goals to cultivate engineers equipped with creative thinking, problem solving skills, major knowledge application skills, comprehensive design skills, information acquisition skills, and adaptability to an internationalized society.

College of Information and Communication was established under the educational goal of cultivating a professional workforce to be leaders in the electric, electronic, information communication, and IT integrated technology fields. The existing Department of Electric Engineering, Department of Electronic Information Engineering, Department of Computer Science, Department of Media Engineering, and Department of Control and Measurement Engineering were transformed to meet social demand, consisting of currently 3 departments and 4 programs: Department of Electric Information Engineering, Department of Electronic IT Media Engineering (major in Electronic Engineering, major in Media IT), and Department of Computer Science.

By providing practice-centered and major strengthening education based on engineering theory required by a future information and knowledge based society, we are cultivating graduates who demonstrate practical creativity. We are also pursuing a demand-centered engineering education system to promote reinforcement of engineering education, responding to periodic environmental changes, and cultivating a professional workforce to contribute to various industries and public areas.
College of Energy and Biotechnology
The College of Energy and Biotechnology consists of 6 departments: Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering, Department of Food Science and Technology, Department of Fine Chemistry, Department of Optometry, and Department of Sports Sciences. Each department is a college which researches and teaches applied science closely connected to everyday life and industry, based on the understanding of the traditional science fields of physics, chemistry, and biology.

The students of the College of Energy and Biotechnology learn about the practical application of basic science to actual problems and are trained to become an outstanding science workforce equipped with a firm scientific basis and field adaptability in each major area.
College of Art & Design
The College of Art & Design is a prestigious college which has greatly contributed to the overall industry of our country by continually producing designers and an art & craft workforce for the last 40 years. We are a future-oriented college which aims to cultivate graduates in the industrial design and art & craft areas equipped with domestic and international competitiveness.

To cultivate professional high-quality graduates equipped with an international mindset and knowledge as well as creative artistic capability, the College of Art & Design is promoting a specialized education program based on industrial education cooperation. As a result, we have achieved educational outcomes such as awards from various domestic and international competitions and a high employment rate. We were also selected as the best university in the 2001 evaluation of the design academic field by the Korea Council for University Education. In 2007, we hosted an international conference with the Korea Society of Design Science, and we are widely recognized at home and abroad through international university exchange and industrial education cooperation projects with 7 countries and 18 universities.
College of Humanities & Social Sciences
College of Humanities and Social Sciences is a college for research and education for basic and applied studies in the humanities and social science fields.

The college consists of 3 departments (schools): Department of English Language & Literature and Department of Creative Writing in humanities area in Humanities, and Department of Public Administration in Social Science. Each department has basic and major subjects to respond to the changing flow of the times, and there are high-tech equipment, computer laboratories, and liberal studies reference rooms to educate various majors effectively.

College of Humanities and Social Sciences offers an opening entrance for communication filled with enthusiasm for searching for the truth while encountering a unique academic world in each area with an autonomous and active ardor for study in a liberal research environment. College of Humanities and Social Sciences concentrates on the application and commercialization of studying as well as education for pure learning. Therefore, in College of Humanities and Social Sciences, it is possible to acquire high-level practical knowledge required by our society. College of Humanities and Social Sciences is a place to experience the real value of genuine learning, and is a warm home where ideals can be realized.
College of Business and Technology
The College of Business and Technology was established with the purpose to provide competence necessary for creating future new national industries on the foundation of extensive academic knowledge. The Department of Business Administration aims to cultivate graduates with creative competence by applying business management research to cutting edge technology areas as well as traditional business management areas on a foundation of liberal arts. The Department of Global Technology Management aims to cultivate graduates equipped with practical professionalism and international competitiveness in technology areas integrating high-tech (IT, NT, and BT) and management. The College of Business and Technology consists of the Department of Industrial Engineering(major in Industrial and Information Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Systems and Design Engineering, and IT Management) and the Department of Business Administration (major in Business Administration, and GTM). The MSDE major and ITM major operate a dual degree program with the University of Northumbria in the UK, while the GTM major has one with Montclair State University in the USA.
College of Multidisciplinary Studies toward Future
The College of Multidisciplinary Studies toward Future researches and teaches academic theories and their practical application methods based on a creative spirit. The school cultivates talents equipped with moral character and specialized professional knowledge tailored to society’s needs. The college was established with the purpose of contributing to national and social development, as well as the prosperity of humanity. The school provides convergence-based education for graduates from specialized high schools or adult learners who wish to receive high-quality university education.

The College of Multidisciplinary Studies toward future consists of degree and non-degree programs. The degree program is comprised of six departments. The non-degree program is comprised of an academic credit bank program, and a non-credit program that offers courses for life-long learning, qualification, certification, etc.
College of Creativity and Convergence Studies
The College of Creativity and Convergence Studies aims to nurture talents of creative convergence who will lead the 4th industrial revolution era. According to the government's future talent nurturing policy(*), it school is a high-tech academics centered college comprised of the Applied Artificial Intelligence Department, Semiconductor Engineering Department, and the Future Energy Convergence Department.

(*) (The government's future talent cultivation policy) The Ministry of Education intends to promote the intensive training of talents through the establishment and expansion of departments related to 21 high-tech fields such as artificial intelligence and bio-health.Applicable fields: D.N.A. (Data, Network, AI) + BIG3 (Future automobile, bio-health, system semiconductor), etc.
College of Liberal Arts
The College of Liberal Arts provides a basic general education targeted for undergraduate students. The college is based on its General Education(GE) curriculum, consisting of the School of Humanities & Social Sciences, the School of Natural Sciences, and the School of Convergence. The School of Humanities & Social Sciences has three different types of core GE courses, and the courses focus on subjects such as logical writing, communication, and humanities competence(ethics). The School of Natural Sciences provides courses mainly targeted for students majoring in Natural Sciences and Engineering, such as math, physics, and computer-related subjects. This school also includes elective courses for Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Natural Sciences. The School of Convergence includes general courses that are essential to the GE curriculum, such as creative thinking, military-related courses, and other general liberal arts courses. These courses aim to provide students a well-rounded education. The primary educational goal of the College of Liberal Arts is to cultivate a broad understanding of the fundamentals of history, philosophy, culture, social sciences and natural sciences, and to develop major-related core knowledge in subjects such as math, physics, and computers.

The College of Liberal Arts provides a rich, multi-faceted education. It fosters a desire to seek the truth through open communication and to explore unique research fields, all in a free academic atmosphere. Based on its wide and in-depth GE in the fields of philosophy, history, politics, social sciences, pedagogy, literature, arts, math, and physics, the College of Literal Arts seeks to provide the creative, well-rounded education required in the 21st century and to develop future leaders of our society.
