SeoulTech Selected by Seoul for the Campus CEO Cultivation Project
Operation of a theoretical and practical Campus CEO training program for undergraduate students

SeoulTech’s Entrepreneurship Support Group was selected by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Business Agency for the 2019 Campus CEO Cultivation Project on June 17. The project selected SeoulTech and 13 other universities located in Seoul.

Seoul and the Seoul Business Agency are operating the Campus CEO Cultivation Project in order to promote the cultivation of successful young entrepreneurs by offering a theoretical and practical campus CEO training program for undergraduate students in Seoul-based universities by instilling students with an entrepreneurial spirit, expanding support for entrepreneurship and strengthening students’ entrepreneurial capabilities.


SeoulTech will take part in the project from July 2019 to June 2020, and will receive support funds of 140 million KRW from the Seoul Business Agency.


SeoulTech’s Entrepreneurship Support Group is expected to offer an entrepreneurship educational program in order to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities through theoretical and practical training in order to cultivate young entrepreneurs with business mindsets. SeoulTech created a network with external startup experts and is expected to hire additional external experts experienced with business operations and investments to comprise more than 50% of the faculty for the courses.

SeoulTech’s Entrepreneurship Support Group is also planning to create educational content based on an online and offline platform with the Seoul Business Agency in order to create a database. The group will also play a role in creating a sustainable entrepreneurial environment by working with the Seoul Entrepreneurship Hub and other related institutions by discovering excellent entrepreneurship cases.
