Student Card
Student ID Functions
  • - Mobile student ID: Smartphone application
  • - T-money: School bus or Seoul/Gyeonggi region metro transit systems
  • - Electronic payment: Debit cards and payments through T-money payment systems
  • - Library: Library access controls, book loans/returns, and reservation/assignment of seats in reading rooms
New Issuance
  • - Visit the Division of Student Support and fill out a “New Issuance Request.” → Receive a financial student ID card or a standard student ID card from the NH branch. → Return to the Division of Student Support for registration.
Reissuance (Lost Student Cards)
  • - Receive a financial student ID card or a standard student ID card from the NH branch. → Return to the Division of Student Support for registration.
  • ※ ID cards will be reissued for free during the first request, but a request for a financial student ID card has a KRW 1,000 service fee.
    Each reissuance of the standard student ID card has a KRW 5,000 service fee.
Reissuance (Card Malfunctions)
  • - Visit the Division of Student Support and fill out a “Card Chip Malfunction Confirmation.” → Receive a financial student ID card or a standard student ID card from the NH branch. → Return to the Division of Student Support for registration.
Requesting a Mobile Student ID
  • SeoulTech webpage (PC) → University Portal → QUICK MENU → SMART Student Card → Log in → Download the mobile student ID application (smartphone) → Log in

International Student ID Card
Requirements
  • - Enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, students on leave of absence (alumni excluded)
Issuance
  • - Online request for an international student ID card
  • - Wire transfer issuance fees
  • - Pick up the card in person after five working days with a photo ID.
Time Required
  • - Five working days after the wire transfer
Issuing Department
  • - Office of International Affairs (Language Center Building No. 38) Room No. 115, 02-970-9221, 9222
  • - The ISIC is not a MEMBERSHIP CARD. It is an ID card; thus, it cannot be refunded after it has been issued.
    Please check the provisions for an issuance of the ISIC beforehand.
